Strengthened governance and updated AML procedures
The board of directors Finance Partner Scandinavia AB (corporation number 559540-8534) has approved updated governance documents that form the basis for the company's registration as a financial institution with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
As part of this work, our corporate lawyer, who has extensive experience from the Swedish financial industry, has developed strengthened procedures for AML/KYC, internal risk assessment and measures against money laundering in accordance with the new Money Laundering Act.
This means that we continuously develop and adapt our processes to ensure transparency, security and regulatory compliance. For us, it is crucial that our customers feel confident in how we work.
